Frequently Asked Questions

Are rates and prepaid packages all excluding GST?

  • Yes, all our pricing is EXCLUDING GST.
  • Rates and Packages will all incur GST when invoiced.

What are your payment terms?

  • Payment Terms are strictly 14 Days. 
  • Overdue payments may incur sad face emoji’s together with late fees or suspended services. 
  • Payment Options are via direct EFT and bank details are provided on invoice. 
  • Currently we are unable to offer credit card payments.  All bank details will be provided on the invoice.
  • Note Prepaid Packages must be paid for upfront - see the FAQ below.

How do Prepaid Packages Work?

  • Prepaid packages are an excellent way of securing ongoing support.  
  • You simply pay up front for a package of hours and use them as you need them.  
  • Hours are valid for 6 months after purchase.
  • Packages are to be paid prior to any work commencing and time block is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
  • We will keep a record of all hours used and keep you up to date of the hours you have left in your package.
  • We can let you know upfront estimated hours for a job prior to commencing work.

Do you offer urgent or same day services?

  • Yes we offer same day  turnaround and fast services, depending on the work required. 
  • Let us know your needs (a phone call is best) and we'll quote for the work and turnaround time.
  • Fast turnaround times, same day and after-hours services are only available depending
    on the work required and only offered when workload permits.

How do you share files with your clients?

  • We share large files via programs like DropBox, Hightail or Yousendit.
  • Small to medium files are more easily  shared via email.
  • Large or more complex projects with multiple files can be shared via a zip file, DropBox or similar.

What about confidentiality?

  • ONTUIT will not disclose any information that you need to share with us but wish to restrict from wider use.
  • Wherever really sensitive information needs to be shared with us for the purpose
    of us completing the work required, it is a good idea  to use a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement.
    This agreement will help formalise our relationship.
    We are happy to sign confidentiality agreements as part of a service agreement with you.
  • You can either provide one or we can help you create one that suits.
